My son is settling into his dorm for his first year of college, and my other two boys will soon start their own school adventures. With this shift, I’m also refocusing on my own self-care. Walks & Talks
I teach integrative & experiential workshops covering what herbal medicine is and how to incorporate it into your life: DIY herbal medicine demonstrations; in-person plant ID walks to local preserves, parks, and community gardens; and instruction on growing your own herbal medicine so you can discover the amazing benefits of cultivating medicinal plants in your garden.
